We needed to tie all our locations in Canada together from the West to the East! Not only did Ross, Jerry and David make it completely 100% flawless....... they did it in class, highly pushed and rushed by our firm, willing for the extra hours to make it happen, and kept a smile on their face the whole way through. Their teamwork in handling different parts of the project did not go unnoticed! Words can't explain the comfort level with having Ross at your finger tips, if there was a problem. Very responsive, reliable and accommodating!

On December 19, 2012 the residents of Vancouver, BC were hit with a big snow storm. For those that don't know our climate, our winters are typically rain, and we are not well equipped to handle snow. I just wanted to say thank you for sending Richard to us to help fix some problems with our phone system, today. He came same day and was calm, cool and knowledgeable during, what was for me, a stressful morning. I appreciate his good attitude and assistance!
Nuheat switched to Digitel Systems in the past 6 months to support our Mitel system and our telecom infrastructure. On top of that we were moving buildings in early March. Their solutions to my issues on keeping phone numbers when moving cities and increased redundancy and backup prior to the move helped us immensely. This is not to mention the excellent work done by their technicians during the move to get Nuheat up and functional for Monday morning.
Shortly after the move the solutions suggested by Digitel for redundancy helped us "survive" an incident where 2600 pairs of phone cables were cut in our area rendering many customers without phone and internet for 24 hours. The solution suggested and implemented by Digitel allowed us to redirect our main number so Nuheat could continue operating as normal.
Thanks so much for your patience in helping us get this system off the ground. As someone who has worked with other phone providers in the past, you guys are awesome every time I call in, so I appreciate that.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for a seamless transition. Your Senior Technician was excellent. He was organized, friendly and calm at all times making this transition one of the easiest technical transitions I have ever been a part of. I know there was a lot of work and setup being done in the background. As well, we discovered much too late into the process that our IT team would be on vacation. They were only available by telephone. In most cases, this would have been an unacceptable scenario to the installation team. However, your technician handled the situation brilliantly and made it seem as easy as plugging in the USB head sets. I am truly thankful for his expertise and professionalism.
The entire team has taken to the Zultys system very well. The MXIE software makes things easy to use. It was the first time the team was actually excited about "change" in the office! We even had a couple of users showing us how to change setting etc.
Please let me know if you need a reference for future Zultys/MXIE clients. I will be pleased to recommend Digitel and the system.

We recently opened a new office. Having no experience with any of the technical set-up, we were overwhelmed by the knowledge and assistance provided by Dave Kuwica. Not only was he able to expertly do what he needed to do to set up the lines for our new phones, he was able to give advice to the other technicians who weren't as knowledgeable.
Stacy Adolph was also a great help throughout the process, from the time I ordered the phone, through to training on how to use them.

I just wanted to send a note to say how pleased I was with the team that came in last week to set up our new system. All of the team were wonderful, patient and very helpful to me and my tenants in answering questions and showing us how to operate our new telephones. Stacey was great and a good teacher and Tim was very helpful on the Friday in problem solving a few unforeseen challenges.
I had to contact the service department and they and Tim were great and got me all the answers to a few minor problems, and by 5:00pm I was one very happy customer.

We have been a Digitel customer for about 20 years now and I can not imagine any other company looking after our telecommunication systems. All of the staff I have dealt with at Digitel have always been very knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with communication systems that fits our needs. Any major installations are well thought out and planned so there is minimal disruption to our staff and lawyers. Kudos to all of the Digitel team!

Three years ago we purchased a voice over IP phone system from Digitel. Throughout that time Digitel's service has always been friendly and exceptional. More importantly though when our company started to grow, Digitel responded quickly to help us upgrade and ensure a smooth, nearly uninterrupted, transition.
Richard has repeatedly placed follow up calls checking in to see how we were doing after making system adjustments and has always been extremely kind and thoughtful as we waded through the possibilities trying to find exactly where the problem was rooted.
Thanks to Richard we now have a fully functional phone system and a deep appreciation for the excellent customer service he demonstrated from beginning to end.
