1 Contact Center User

If purchasing 1 Contact Center User, you can create multiple ICC groups. ICC groups allow for Supervisor functionality on top of the same functionality as other call groups:

Lobby User Package

This user type is designed to accommodate scenarios where an office phone does not require advanced functionality. A lobby user does not have any of the features like voicemail or call forwarding. It can be assigned to an office phone to make and receive calls only.

This type of user can be assigned to the phone in the conference room, lobby, or classroom in order to allow easy communications between these locations and the rest of the office.
