This starts with a 2 hour emergency response policy. Minor service outages are scheduled within 72 hours. We work hard to coordinate moves, additions and changes to meet our clients' schedules.
Digitel has invested in a robust Customer Management System (product – Tigerpaw), which allows us to track quotes, service history, products sold, service agreement details and other details on each and every one of our clients and prospects. This tool allows our staff to quickly access client-specific information and track all account activity easily.
While we use this valuable technology to assist us in meeting our service goals, Digitel's best asset is its people.
