We service what we sell! Digitel uses its own staff of manufacturer trained technicians to service our client's telephone systems. Maintenance agreements are available for all current products at competitive prices.

Also, call us to implement any changes to your current system such as set relocations, additional equipment installation or programming changes.

We are able to order and co-ordinate changes to your incoming lines from your dial tone supplier as well.

Emergency service is available 24 X 7 - with targeted response time not to exceed 2 hours.

Non-emergency service is available Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Non-emergency service may be arranged outside of normal business hours (subject to technician availability) at overtime rates.
