About Digitel
Digitel Systems was started in April 1984, in Vancouver, B.C. Initially, we serviced
the Greater Vancouver area which includes West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver,
Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge,
Langley, Surrey, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Squamish and Whistler. However,
we have been actively involved with VoIP technologies, which have broadened our
scope of work to other areas of Canada, the United States and some international
locations.
Our GOAL is to provide the best possible service available in the
marketplace. Now, with over 27 years experience, Digitel enjoys a strong reputation
as a professional, knowledgeable and committed organization – having earned this
respect from its clients, its suppliers and its competitors! We want strong long
term relationships with our clients, so that we become their Trusted Advisor.
We have 7 staff members with over 20 years of tenure in our organization! The majority
of the rest of our staff have between 5 and 15 years with Digitel. As a result,
we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that benefits all of our clients! Many
of our long term clients have had a long term relationship with individuals in our
company. They enjoy working with staff who have a long history of their site, knowing
and understanding their particular issues.
Digitel's scope can include any or all of the following areas:
- Voice communication services – office telephone systems, dial tone, cellular, remote
workers, branch offices
- Data systems – LAN infrastructure, servers & workstations, desktop support, managed
services, data backup, web site design
- Structured cabling – LAN, voice, paging
- Disaster Recovery
We started in 1984, selling business telephone systems. Now, we take more time getting
to know our clients' full organization, with the intent of discussing applications
that can help them save money and/or improve their competitiveness!
