Digitel has found that many clients signed into a connectivity contracts (cell phones, internet, voice lines, fax lines) many years ago and typically renew (or unknowingly allow automatic renewal) without checking the validity or price of the ongoing services. As a part of our overall review of your organization, we ask for your connectivity bills with the intention of finding cost savings that may help cover the cost of buying new systems. It is not unusual for our reviews to find:
- Lines being billed that are no long in use or were disconnected by the billing didn't stop
- Price drops from the suppliers that were not passed on to the legacy accounts
- Alternative suppliers of the same services at lower costs
- New services designed to replace the current services that are either less expensive or more functional
